The Hampshire Companies Corporate, Office, Repositioning + Transformation

It is one of the most vexing challenges in today's real estate industry - antiquated, functionally obsolete commercial buildings. 175 Park Avenue offers an exemplary creative solution, transforming an inhospitable 'black box' call center into a model workplace environment.

Terracotta is being used to create an aesthetic sympathetic to the surrounding vegetation.

Two different glazes for the columns, with a certain robustness, the male version. And a yellowish with a richness to it and a refined feel, a female feel.
